Ceiling surround speaker connections for Denon x4500

I just moved into a house that has a home theater setup using all in wall and ceiling Revel speakers for 7.1.

I purchased a Denon x4500. Receiver to run the setup and have a question about how I hook up the ceiling speakers.

Since my surround left and Surround right are in the ceiling, as well as my surround back left and Surround back right, would I use the height one and the high two connections for all sets of speakers in the ceiling?
