I too am surprised that Celebrity Apprentice is not in 16:9. Can't trump cough up the cash to film in HD??? Even craizer is the Best Buy ad for HDTV sets not being in HD...looked like an ad that the numb skulls would have produced on CelebrityApprentice!

The reality is that all non-studio reality shows are SD... (as well as most in-studio...) they're cheaper that way... Why should the Apprentice be different than Survivor?

Great point. What was the deal with American Idol the other night? That was in 16:9...was it real HD or up converted?

American Idol is the only reality show in HD. Other reality on FOX is upconverted FOX Widescreen.
