I am setting up my HT system and I am currently using JBL SP6 in-walls for my right left and front and JBL SP6C in-cieling for my right, left and center rear speakers. I have my plasma located on a wall and no cabinet underneath of it. I need to install a center channel speaker, but the problem is I have two studs in the way, so it looks like a surface mount for my center. The JBL E35 is just too big and heavy to mount under the plasma. I am looking for a nice, thin, and surface wall mountable speaker that will blend well with my current setup. Can you please give some suggestions?

Use the same speaker as your L/R. Having LCRs(the same speaker for each front) is the best way to go, and won't hurt if it is off center slightly from the screen. In fact I've read that a center should be offset from center of the room about 4".

You could even use two, one to either side of center.
