Cerwin vega ve15f switch adjustments?

I read on someone's review that you can adjust the mids and highs on these tower speakers, is this true and if so how?

If it is true, there will be obvious selector switches on the back of the speaker.

The owner's manual makes no mention of any controls on these speakers at all.
