I was told by more than one dealer that the new Champion labeled plasmas are using Panny glass. From the specs it seems to be true. Also, I have spent a lot of time investigating the new Dell offerings and my sources claim that dell is using panny/champion technology for their new screens. Comments?

The glass is only one part of the equation, what is the quality of the electronics. The electronics really make the difference in PQ, as can be seen with Panasonic glass used by Fujitsu for example.

Previous Champion Models had Panasonic Glass with Sanyo Electronics.


Not as good as the Panasonic Displays.


Not sure about the new models.
