Well...I missed the last half of survivor last night! ARG.

I knew the superbowl ran over, so I changed the padding on survivor from 30minutes to 1 hour. I figured that would surely be enough. It turns out that it didn't implement my change.


Is this a bug? Anyone hit this problem before?

No, this is a feature... it sucks!


You can't change any of the options (even though they appear as if they can be changed) while an program is recording or on a receorded program. I wish there'd be a dimmed menu option or remove the option if it doesn't do anything.


There are a few issues like this and we've complained about most, but nothing has been done. If you want to help the cause call the TS phone number and complain about it. You can also ask Lyndon, but I hate to say to give him another thing to do...

The reason the option is still there is because it will affect *future* recordings if it's a repeating recording.
