Hey guys, I was wondering if you can help me out.


Why is it when my replay 5500 sends a channel command for example 40, it sends 444-000 to the cable box via the ir blaster. So changing channels is impossible right now. I cant find anywhere where it allows me to adjust this.

What cable box are you using? If it is the Motorola DCT5100, use remote code 0276 in setup.

Yes I am using the 5100 HD box, but for some reason I cant find how to change it in the set up menu or in the instructions.

Got to Menu->Setup->Network and input settings


Go to the input that your box is attached to, and hit select to go through settings. When you get to pick the box type, select "other". The select "other" again and scroll to 0276. Select it and go through the remaining screens.
