How big are these units? What are the advantages / disadvantages of bowtie vs Yagi?

4228 = 39.5"H x 4"D x 40"W

4221 = 39"H x 4"D x 20"W


Use the Search feature for 4228, 4221, 4248. Lots of info already posted.

I understand that these are both bows, the other choice would be a 3023 which would be a yagi. Currently I am using a RS indoor with limited success. I live near Harrisburg, and was hoping (I know it is a long shot) to get Baltimore stations. Otherwise it's PBS abd NBC locally.

They are both bowtie, the 4228 is two 4221's(3021) connected together. See the Mt. Wilson OTA thread for info on antenna's.
