i was browsing around the princeton graphics site and saw this feature for their new hdtv models. is it just a webtv for hdtvs?

It's like a WebTv period. Some TV makers are also incorporating it in non HDTV sets. It offers even less features than WebTV.

yeah, when i looked at it a bit more, it looks like nothing more than webtv but you have to use your own isp. but when i looked at the connections for the princeton graphics monitor, there's a broadband connection, so that alone should merit some consideration over webtv. seems strange that princeton graphics only have 4:3 models with this feature.
