I'm looking for a 2 channel poweramp to drive my rear speakers. I use B&W 601's but might replace these with NHT Superzeros or Definitive Technology BP-2X's (not sure yet)
The Definitive's are quite hefty speakers (4Ohm)
I don't have any more space for full-width gear but I do have a little bit of space space on the bottom shelf, if I move that to one side and place it there.
Ideally it must have a trigger to power it up, as turning on four poweramps is already a chore.
Is there something around $400. Max 10" wide, 1' deep, 4" high.
If that is not enough I could place the amp on the floor, behind the right main speaker.
The Marantz monoblocs seem ideal, but I don't want to fork out extra for monoblocs. About the right size though.
Thanks
