Hey guys Im getting ready to purchase 2 sets of RC10s for fronts and surrounds and a RC MINI CC center and either a eD A2-300 sub or HSU STF2. What would you guys recommend for a receiver? Im looking to spend as little as possible. $300-$350 shipped.

Onkyo RC-160 can be had in that price range. Also the Denon 1910 was slightly above that for presidents day. Still might be available if you order now.

The Denon 590/1610 has my vote. Reliable, good amp section, and Audyssey MultEQ.
