The XT32 in the Integra DHC-80.2 is worth the additional $$ IMO. The Marantz has a warmer sound which benefits Classical and light Jazz music but can be a little dull sounding for movies and more up beat music. I had the AV7005 for a couple of months but now have a Onkyo 5508 which is the same as the 80.2. For me the 5508 bests the 7005 for music as well since It is a bit more detailed and the bass is definitely much improved with XT32 and SubEQ.
