I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to get a bitmap from an RGsB, BNC source. It scans at 15.7kHz. A converter box is also at my disposal that converts the scan rate to the regular ~31, and splits the sync on green to separate H and V lines.

I can think of a few ways, but I'm posting here because you guys would probably be the best to ask to find the best, cleanest, and littlest-noise option.

To reiterate, what I'm basically asking for is either a VGA or (ideally, as the signal would have gone through fewer conversions) BNC framegrabber. The interface (USB or PCI) doesn't particularly matter--quality is the most important factor. If anyone is aware of any circuits to accomplish this, or any intermediate circuits, that would be acceptible as well.
