I am looking to purchase a 34in tv and saw that the panasonic is coming out with their new model in May which has a MSRP of I think $1300. This is a much cheaper MSRP than the old model. Will I be buying at the wrong time if I buy now? Should I wait? Will there be clearance sales to get the old models off the shelves??? Will they sell the old models cheaper than the new ones to get rid of them some time in the near future?


Any thoughts are appreciated..

Usually, when there is a model change, it is the best time to get a super deal on an older model. This will depend on how much overstock is available, and the degree of the upgrade from the older model to the new model.
