clearaudio emotion turntable hum

Has anyone had a issue with the new clearaudio emotion cmb turntable I was getting a hum from song to song and quite passages I heard it coukd be the o ring around the motor ?

the cartrige is mastro mm that comes in the package thats not the issue,it seems to be the o ring and viration from the motor
