Closing up the AV cabinet... did I forget anything?

Guys,

I'm getting close to drywalling my AV cabinet. Below is the list of what I've got wired. PLEASE let me know if you guys think anything is missing. It would truly suck to find out I forgot something stupid after it's done!
  • (7) Speaker wires: left/center/right and four rears
  • (3) Speaker wires for bass shakers in the seats
  • RCA cable to subwoofer
  • HDMI to projector
  • RGB components to projector
  • (2) cat5 cables to projector (one for an IR repeater, the other just because)
  • cat5 cable to internet modem
  • Coax from satallite TV dish
  • phone line
  • 20amp outlet (edited in after James Mos reminded me below)

Thanks for the help,

Ron

Yes, thanks. I have dedicated 20A circuit and forgot to mention it. Anything else?
Second coax in case you want a DVR sat box.
colling fan?
Ditto the 2 cables for Sat box. Next year if Directv delivers on the promise they will have so many HD channels you won't be able to resist.

Help me out -- what do you guys mean by two satellite cables? I have DISH and have a single run of cable from the sattelite dish to the receiver, so I ran a second cable from the dish to the AV cabinet. Would that work?

I'm planning on having a dedicated receiver in the cabinet; perhaps your ideas would not require that?

You need one for each tuner. If you are watching one, you'll need another to record.

Here is some more info:

Any reason why you wouldn't run some conduit? It is pretty cheap insurance on needing something in the future. Just make sure it is big enough to fit a larger connector through.

I ran 3" conduit from my closet to projector location and 2" conduit from my closet to an unfinished area of my basement. The 2" conduit can be used to run more RG6 if I need it for satellite, antenna or component video distribution... or for running more cat5 and/or speaker wire for audio distribution and IR control from other areas of the house... eek, now I wish I ran larger than 2".

Regardless, I would also recommend running some more RG6 into your closet for potential satellite upgrades, antenna etc.

Also, you mentioned running cat 5 to your projector for an IR repeater. I assume that would be for an emitter to go over the IR receiver on the PJ. Unless your AV cabinet is in the front of the room, I think you would want to have cat 5 run from your cabinet to the front of the room for an IR receiver.
