Does anyone know where I can find Channel Master products in S.Eastern Michigan or close to Windsor Ont?I would order online but shipping charges from other parts of the U.S.are too expensive.

I'm close to Detroit (Waterford) and I've been searching for Channel Master products. Almost no one carries any antenna supplies in this area except for some RCA tabletop antennas and some Gemini stuff. Seems as though cable has so permeated the market that stores aren't stocking antennna components. The Channel Master site says that Ace & True Value hardware stores have their products but my local stores don't carry them. Neither does Home Depot. I did find 3 different CM rooftop antennas at the new Lowes store on Telegraph north of Square Lake Road in Bloomfield Hills (range was about 100 miles). Try a local Lowes store if one is near you.


Another option might be to search the Yellow Pages for an antenna installation store. I remember one used to be located at Harper and 9 Mile in Harper Woods (?).


I just ordered the CM7777 from warrenelectronics.com (located in IL). You can call Kevin there and ask him 1-800-397-5301.


Wish the Channel Master site had better info for online sources. Good luck!

Do you really have that many reception problems in windsor? Have you tried getting a small bow tie antenna, like from radio shack?


You probably don't need something like a channelmaster. I got a YAGI UHF antenna at radio shack for about $60 that I mounted in the attic. I pointed it towards Southfield and it worked great!

I'm actually about 20min east of Windsor.There is a lot of trees that I need to clear,therefore,I need to go up pretty high.Our house is a ranch so the attic isn't high enough.
