Hi,

I'm needing to be able to show the action at a game tournament to people in a spectator section. Can I just run the signals from my game consoles into a color video multiplexer and then run the signal from that into my projector?

I've noticed that most of the outputs on the multiplexers that I have looked at have been composite. Are there any multiplexers made that have component outputs?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

THanks,

Bradley

I got a cheap vga multiplexer/buffer to help boost the vga signal from my PC to my projector (50' run).

Even though its intended for vga, it would be pretty easy to wire a few connectors to send a component signal through it. I'm sure the video bandwidth would be sufficient.

Alternatively, you could do a svideo buffer/multiplexer - RadioShack has one for like $45 that does 4 sets of composite/svideo/audio.
