when i watch a dvd on my X1 with a progressive scan Player the left border shows a blue,green or yellow vertical line. the color is depending on the scene in the movie. Sometimes mostly on 4:3 material i have a "Mirror border" so i can see in the left border the scenes from the middle of the picture again, like a mirror. Those vertical line is like 8 pixels thick. I guess it is again a DVD player proplem?

Your english is very good. Border makes sense, but you could also use "edge".


This mirror effect from the middle of the picture is very strange. It does sound like a DVD player problem.
