I have a dumb question on comcast cablecard. I have a TIVO tuner which has 2 cablecard slots. I have one free cablecard from comcast. According to comcast, 2nd cablecard FOR THE SAME DEVICE is $1.50/month. But when I try to get this price from them (both online, by phone as well as Bellaire service center), they refuse, and say it is 9.85/month. Basically, they are advertising for $1.50 per month, and refusing to offer it at that price. See website below

Has anyone else faced this? How did you get around it? I am at my wit's end

First, what does this have to do with local OTA reception?


Second, if they advertise that as the price, they should honor it. Ask to talk with supervisors until you get what you are entitled to.
