I picked up two 6412s this weekend and so far I am happy. But I have had a couple of issues.

1. Every once in awhile when I try to do something with the remote it doesn't do anything. Then a few seconds later it does all the buttons I have done.


2. I lost audio but got that fixed calling Comcast. Had to enable audio from box to un mute it.



Has anyone had a problem using the remote?

Got my 6412 yesterday. The remote locked up on me one time. I waited and it finally started responding. I figured may since the programming was being updated the box got busy. Other than that everything else seems to be working fine.

I suggest that we already have enough COMCAST Moto 6412 topics, so we don't need this one.
