Comcast Discovery HD

My first post in this forum. I am currently in the limited basic package from comcast. I get Discovery non-HD in that package, and realize the Discovery HD is 707. Is it true that if you get the channel in non-HD, you automatically get it in HD? Does anyone get Discovery HD using limited basic package?
