Comcast Motorola Box HD Audio problems

On my Samsung HL-P5085W, all the comcast HD channels (except CBS) have a very low audio volume. Unfortunately the TV's built-in auto volume control does not work with Motorola box. Do others have this issue as well. Any fixes. To explain the magnitude, comfortable audio volume with SD channels is 18, with INHD or PBS HD its 45.
