Coming this fall - "Ray II - Reincarnated" The plot line: Joe, a boring, humorless, tone-deaf and untalented white opthamologist (played brilliantly by Owen Wilson), has a near-death experience in a train wreck. While in a coma, his body is inhabited by the spirit of none other than the musical legend Ray Charles! Watch the hilarious antics ensue as Joe discovers amazing talents he never knew he had! Now, with a newfound sense of rythm, Joe tickles the ivories and the heartstrings of his long time girlfriend, Roxanne (Queen Latifa), dancing and singing as only the late, great Ray Charles could. Tradgedy soon comes, though, when Joe begins to lose his eyesite. With his career as an opthamologist threatened, Joe sinks into despair, skips work and spends endless hours at the keyboard, wearing dark sunglasses and playing really, really sad songs. Roxanne does her best to help Joe, but ultimately hits upon a desparate, but risky plan to get her old, boring Joe back, and the laughter never ends! Don't miss this sequel to the hit movie "Ray"! Coming to a theater near you (or maybe direct to DVD) this fall!

(Just a bit of humor and venting at Hollywood formula films and sequels - no offense intended or implied - except maybe to Owen Wilson). ;)

I got insider news: they're working on a story about how a blind man who's a celebrated blues/rock'nroll pianist by day and uncaped avenger by night - it's called XXX-Ray.

fuad

PS - or it could be a blind man diving head down (so to speak) into the porn industry.
