Thought this one deserved it's own post.


FYI: Tonight, 6/28 9pm EST on this one shot will be running and will follow up on 3 of the shipmates we've come to know from the excellent 6-part Carrier series.


Oh how I do wish they'd release the whole series (and this one-shot) ond Blu-Ray (it's already on anamorphic DVD for those who want it)...

The pbs web site says, in part, "Created from the same pool of material as the PBS series CARRIER, ANOTHER DAY IN PARADISE is an intimate, verité film about three men — pilot Doug Booher, Marine Randy Brock and ordnanceman Chris Altice."


Don't look like we'll see anything new. Our local pbs isn't showing this until July 4.

You're right. It's just the same old stuff. I thought it would be a follow up, and that's what the TV Guide info in my program guide said anyways, oh well. If you'd like to get a short taste of the 3 more interesting characters in the series, this would be the way.
