I am looking to buy a new Receiver and my budget is around $800. Does anyone have either one of the two above receivers and can give me some pro's and cons on each. Would appreciate some input. Thanks.

Recently, I had the Marantz SR6007, SR7007 and Onkyo TX-NR818 in the same room. I wouldn't buy the Audyssey hype (TX-NR818's XT32 advantage) as I found its surround speakers to be very muted. The volume was there but the dynamics were missing. I couldn't get pass that and it left the room. Feature wise is user dependent so I can't really address them. I do like Marantz's cosmetics better and the fact you can turn off the display.
