To add to #1, the converse is not necessarily true.


Remember that video cables and digital audio cables should be 75ohm coax. Analog audio cables can be whatever, including 75ohm. So any 75ohm cable you can use for any of these tasks, but an analog audio cable may or may not be 75ohm. If it is 75ohm coax, then it's 75ohm coax and is appropriate for tasks that need 75ohm coax like video or digital audio. If it is not 75ohm coax, then you can run into problems if you use that for those tasks that require 75ohm cabling(you won't break anything, you could just have signal problems).
