I need to buy some good quality component cables for my Playstation 3 as my Plasma is an older one and doesn't have/support HDMI



Are the Monster cables worth the price? I bought the only ones they had at Futureshop (Vancouver,Canada) and don't think the quality of them are all that great.

Not worth the extra cost IMO.

I've used Monster Cables and thin cheaper brands and couldn't tell the difference.

No better no worse.

The Sony branded PS2 component cables work perfectly. I purchased them at Circuit City. The MSRP on them is twenty five dollars.

Just called my local Sony store and they only have Monster,guess I'll have to order them online.

What I really need are cables that are 20-30 feet long. Right now I am extending mine, but I would prefer one good cable.
