I believe any cheap mechanical A/V switch (~$20) will switch component signals. Even though they are listed for composite video (and audio), because they are mechanical, they will pass HD bandwidth just fine. If you want an electronic switch you can work with a remote control, this is something different. (I could be wrong).
I use a Radio Shack mechanical video switch to go back and forth between an HD STB and an Xbox (both component video). It works great and I honestly can't tell the difference between switch and no switch. If you don't mind getting up to push the button, this approach works great.
