Hi, I currently have my component video connections from my DVD player to my plasma television. I recently acquired a NAD T754 receiver and I see it has component video connections too. Would it make a difference in the image quality if I use the component video inputs/outputs of the NAD receiver or am I well with my current connections? Thanks!

Either or. Most people go directly into the receiver and let it do the switching for simplicity of cabling and it negates the need to switch the monitor depending on the source. Your NAD will do that automatically. You will see no visible degradation in the picture quality.
