Conduit from AV Closet

I am working on the conduit portion of my build. I will be doing room within a room and my AV Closet will be in the back (accessible from the hallway and garage)
Notes about my build
  • Slab will be dropped 8" and I will be building up a riser to be flush with the entrance
  • AT Screen in front, budgeting 24" of space behind the screen
  • I will be running wire for 11.6 expandability but only plan on running 9.4 OR 7.6 at this time
  • Room size currently is 26x16x10 (this may reduce to 24x16x10)
  • Attached screen shot does not show riser and stage locations (also disregard lighting, I will be splitting up lighting to be on separate switches)

Question is, where should I run conduit?
My plan is...
  • Running a conduit from AV closet to front of the room so I can pull cables there if needed in the future
  • Conduit to projector box
  • Conduit through riser (but from and to where?)

For the riser conduit, how and where do I run this. My riser will be at foundation level for the rest of the house (building up riser), AV Closet slab will not be dropped
Do I run conduit in the slab between AV closet and Theater?

Also, how do I get power to the Riser? I plan on having some foundation outlets for the front row but I don't want to be running extension cords.

you need to trench a small section of the foundation to get from a wall to inside the riser. Pick a wall any wall and just carve out something under the bottom plate of a wall near a wall outlet to the lowered section, You put in the conduit and patch the concrete. Rent a small electric jackhammer to make this a one weekend job

Thanks BIG! Since foundation hasn’t been poured yet is there something I can do proactively?
yes put in a conduit and have them pour around and over. Talk to your builder.
