Connect PC to Hitachi 51F59

Hello, I am the (proud) owner of the 51F59 Hitachi HDTV, and now I want to increase the enjoyment I get from my set. I have browsed the forums for the answer, but with no success figured I'd start a thread.

Well..I'd like to connect my PC up to the big screen. I do not have any inputs for the TV directly on my computer, but is their a way to use the normal monitor input?

On the TV i have 1 component input left for use, the other and HDMI inputs are in use. (Don't know if that matters - just thought i'd tell).

If it is gunna cost a riduculous ammount to do this, I might as well stick with my 19" LCD monitor, but I just got the wireless keyboard and mouse so I could potentially have more fun on my couch being lazy haha.

Anyways, any help would be gratefully appreciated. And sorry if there is a thread with the answers already, I did look for it, but no success.

if your pc does not have any inputs/output's to hookup to a tv, then your probably looking at at least $100+ to do. i have hooked up my lab top to my 57f59 via s-video displayed @ 800 x 600 and it looked pretty good ( i tried it just for fun) anyway you might want to do a search on this forum because i know several have hooked up computers to the hitachi f59 tv's or search over in the htpc section of the forums. good luck
