Theater construction is almost finished. Now I'm struggling with the best way to connect everything to my PLV-60HT. I have a DVD player, HTPC, and an XBOX all to hook up. The cable runs from the equipment closet to the projector will be about 35 feet. I've installed a large conduit to snake everything through. Any suggestions on how to most effectively connect everything and what kind of cables/connections to use would be most appreciated.

The PLV60 has 2 sets of component video, one with rca inputs and the other BNC, as well as 15 pin computer input, S-Video and composite. I don't know if you want to use a component video switch in your closet or if you want to run individual cables from your equipment. I think the X-Box has a component video adapter, which would be best.

DVD Player: component video cable RCA to BNC connectors

X-Box: component video cable rca to rca connectors

Computer: Heavy VGA cable male to male

cable box: don't know what kind of outputs you have

tivo: S-Video cable

vcr: S-video or composite

For the S-video if you have a reciever or pre amp with Video switchin use it for the S-video switchin so you can use the one S-video input for mutiple things..
