Hi there! New poster here that is seriously stumped and would love some help
Just purchased Logitech Speakers typically used to plug in to a laptop.
Looking to use the Logitech speakers, that have a 3.5mm plug >> to plug in to the back of my TV
I purchased a 3.5mm Female to RCA Male to connect to the R/L Audio in the back of the TV (Red to Red, Black to White)
Unfortunately no sound coming out of speakers.
I've played around with the TV settings (AV/Component/HDMI2/DVI etc), but nothing seems to have worked. The TV unfortunately does not have its own 3.5mm jack.
I'm essentially trying to listen to the TV through the speakers.
I'm trying to avoid buying massive/expensive speakers and also not interested in connecting a Receiver to this TV.
Did I buy the wrong type of speakers?
Will what I'm trying to do even work or am I SOL?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
