This may be a stupid question, but I've got one. I will be connecting my TS160 to my HDTV using the DVI cable. Is this the only video connection that I need to make to the TV itself? I was reading somewhere that the HD signal comes through the DVI and the SD signals will go through the Component or S-video cables.


Is this correct?

You only need one connection. The DVI will handle both the HD and SD channels fine.

For DVI connection on a Samsung DLP (maybe others but I have Samsung), just in case you don't know, no sound is played out of the TV speakers. You will have to have an analog or preferably digital connection from your HD box to a home theater receiver.
