Considering a 7.2 Setup, But Tricky, Help

Hey guys.

I currently have a Denon 3806 Receiver, Klipsch towers, surrounds, and a Hsu Research VTF-2 MK 2 Subwoofer.

I am moving out very soon, and going to a larger room. I currently only run 5.1 surround sound. When I get the larger room though, I would like to try 7.1, or 7.2 surround sound.

The Hsu sub is a great sub, but I am a real bass nut and I want more. Do you think splitting the signal from the receiver to TWO VTF-2 MK 2 Subwoofers is the best way to bo about it? Or should I try and upgrade to the Hsu mk3 HO top of the line setup instead?

any pros or cons you can think of would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Mark

Have you considered DIY? If your serious about quality low bass but don't have $2k+ to spend, that's the way to go.

There are cancellation issues with using 2 subs covering the same frequency range. It can be made to work but takes some careful set-up.
