I think there is one other way. If you buy the blu wave remote from nyko (around $15) (i think that's how it's spelled), it comes with a usb dongle. This will allow you to control the ps3 through that remote and then you program the logitech with those buttons, you should have control over your PS3. One caveat, you won't be able to map the PS button. From what I can tell there is no mapping to the harmony remote from the nyko.
As for the Wii... you're in the wrong forum to ask that question. I would check in the Wii forum as well as in the remote control forum.
Get the Nyco remote , use the IR dongle and program the buttons to your Harmony. There are a lot of posts on here to help but this solution is cheap and works great for me. The only thing you can't do with this setup is power on the ps3.
