[grubbygus]

I have two LG DU-42PX12XD both of which I cannot control by remote or buttons on the front of TV. These TV's are from 2005 bought as spares at a large stadium in the Midwest. They have been used sparingly over the last 6 years and then returned to their box and into storage. I recently had a use for them so I pulled them out hung them on the wall and plugged them in, only to have them turn on and default to channel 2. The on / off button does nothing the TV stays on. The green light does flicker when you use the remote to enter a command making it look like it's responding but nothing. I've seen this question asked in various places on the internet but never saw an answer. Anybody have any ideas?
