convert IFO rips to ISO files?

I would like to convert some rips that I made with smartripper into ISO files so I can use them with Daemon tools.


I have a copy of Nero Express that has an option to make an iso compilation, but the end result will not play correctly. Everything will work ok up to a certain chapter and then the file will just lock up.


has anyone ever done this before? any suggestions on a program to use?

I've attached "My DVD Ripping Process," which details the .ISO conversion process using IMGTools.
