I was wondering if anyones knows if Cox Communications is going to carry KTTV Fox out in Orange County. They have channel 711 set as a test, so it looks like it might happen. Now we need WB and UPN.

And it's all about contracts. They'll come, just don't know when. It's tougher here in SoCal, the "Locals" are all owned by big competitors like AOL Time Warner, I imagine they like to grind it out with Cox. Cox who?
