Hey everyone. I've been reading a lot of threads on here over the past several weeks trying to figure out my first home theater setup. I'm moving in a month or two and would like to have my speakers bought by then.
The use for these speakers would be 65% TV, 20% music, and 15% movies. Ideally I would like to stay around $1,000.
I'm not sure if I should just buy a receiver and FR, C, and FL speakers to begin with and add a subwoofer, BR, and BL speakers later or if I should buy a 3.1 or 5.1 right now.
I'm not an audiophile by any means and won't really have a chance to play the speakers very loud due to being in an apartment complex. However, I do anticipate moving into a house in a few years so I would like the speakers to be able to fit that need as well.
I found what I thought might be a really good deal on a set of speakers in the classifieds: http://www.avsforum.com/t/1469312/kef-5-channel-setup-iq90s-iq60c-iq30s

Do y'all think those are worth the price?
I'm thinking about picking up an Onkyo TX-NR709 to power them.
I think I would probably add a Kpilsch RW-12D somewhere down the road.
I would really appreciate y'all input.
Thanks!
