I cannot get the accessDTV VGA Loopback Cable to work with the Toshiba 65H80 65" 16:9 sets YPBR Inputs.

accessDTV to Toshiba 65H80 YPBR Inputs works fine, but adding the VGA Loopback Cable causes the Toshiba to lose sync.

I've tried 640x480 and up.

I also tested an RCA Transcoder with the accessDTV card set to VGA out and again DTV is fine but VGA Output added causes a loss off sync and no picture at all.

Any thoughts??

Is it a concesus that the RCA Transcoder will not work with all YPBR HDTV sets such as the Toshiba 65H80 and that the AA 960 is preferred?

I had thought the ADTV YPBR output included the VGA Desktop when used with the LoopBack Cable.

Nope, it's simply a convenience to avoid running two separate connections to the display, or using a switcher.

You have the same color space and timing/resolutions issues with regard to displaying the PC desktop on the RPTV whether you are using the AccessDTV or not.
