My Onkyo AVR manual lists the suggested crossover frequencies & it says to use the smallest speaker diameter when choosing the crossover frequency setting. My smallest diameter speaker is a 1" tweeter so do I include the tweeter for the smallest speaker diameter?

It would be the mid-bass driver size that matters. The XO between mains/sub has nothing to do with the tweeter size.

What are your speakers and which Onkyo?

People here can probably suggest a crossover range for you to try.

I would try several settings. The standard is 80hz but you may find you like higher or lower settings. Many factors impact the selection. The size of your speakers, your subwoofer capability along with the interaction of your mains and subs with the room you have and where you are sitting. There is no single correct answer. Trust your ears and try various settings

I would set all of your speakers to SMALL and try 80Hz.

If your AVR supported multiple crossovers I would set the front three to 80Hz and the back 2 to 100Hz.
