From my understanding Audyssey does a pretty good job setting the EQ when you run the setup placing the mic around in various spots of the room. However, it does not always set the crossover points and such correctly. Can someone please tell me what I should be setting my speakers to for the most optimal sound in each setup? What is the double bass setting? Should they be set to small/large etc? Where should the phase and crossover knobs be set to on the MFW-15's? Also, on my Polk FXi3 surrounds there is a switch for Bipole/Dipole. What should this be on?

My theater room consists of:

133" Da Lite screen

JVC DLA-RS1

Onkyo TX-SR805

Polk RTi8's left, right

Polk CSi5 center

Polk FXi3 surrounds

Dual MFW-15 subwoofers "1 front, 1 back"

My living room consists of:

Samsung PN63B550

Onkyo TX-SR606

Boston Acoustics MCS130 HTIB
