I have a JVC G-15. When displaying 16x9 material it uses the middle of the 4x3 panel. Will the CS-1 allow me to shift the image to the top of the 4x3 panel? I reviewed the CS-1 manual and believe this is possible through the "Picture Adjust" menu which allows horizontal output positioning. I just want to make sure before I dish out the $$ for this thing because this is a must have option.

There are limitations to the positioning of an image however you can make some significant adjustments. I have a G20 that I could test the limits of with Positioning 16:9 to the top of the screen. The CS-1 does not have top middle or bottom choices for image placement within a 4:3 panel.

I just tested it out, you can adjust the image almost all the way to the top. There is still about 10-15% black on the top 1/3 of the screen.

Look, A forum member within walking distance. I don't believe I've seen any others on the So. Shore.
