I was curious as to what brand (make/model) OTA directv installs these days. I live in a market where D* does not offer local channels.


Per antennaweb.org, I live within 20 miles of all major towers, so I was wondering if that had any bearing on what OTA D* may install.

Depends on what the local installer is stocking, I've heard anything from DB2's to Winegard Sensar's in the past. You may have better luck asking this in a thread for your local viewing area under the HDTV local info section.
