I've tried searching here and at Inmatriix (and posting there) but I can't seem to find any information on how to replace the standard DVD background image in zoom player. I can't imagine everyone here has their HTPC's booting to that screen (particularly given that it is bright white and doesn't stretch to match AR).
I tried replacing the bmp with another one but I get a stream playback error when loading ZP. I've tried a resolution to match my desktop, the same resolution as the original and both 24 and 8 bit bmp's from photoshop with no luck. I'm sure I'm just doing something stupid wrong but that's one of the few remaining annoyances of ZP over TT for me (given that it is technically far superior and not with all of the problems I have with TT2 currently I'm just uding the codecs in ZP).
Also, mostly still on topic, is there any way to change the screen saver or have it just invoke the windows screen saver instead? With a CRT I need to worry about burn, but the screen saver built into ZP isn't all that "pretty" (yes, eye candy matters in the theater to give it that polished feel).
Thanks,
-Pat
