Thanks everybody for this great forum!
I just installed my JVC 30K deck on Win XP and it works great!
Tested DirectX SDK, Dstream and On-Air D-VHS tool - can capture to the HD and playback (record) to D-VHS - no problem.
However, all this utilities allowed to playback only one file. I captured series of 30sec clips and wanted to do some kind of demo tape - record sequentially one after another from a hard drive - did not work. Dstream switches to second file (if you rename files like foo.ts.0000, foo.ts.0001 etc.) but JVC 30k deck always stops after the first file.
Do you have any suggestions? How to record the group of files, one by one to D-VHS?
Thank you
Xrat
I posted some clips I captured from JVC 30K on my ftp if smb wants to try. ftp://67.83.58.119
That footage was recorded off the air - 1080i.
