1292...power it up....blue tube has about a 45sec cycle whereby it gradually progressively brightens up to full bore then abruptly shuts off and the whole thing happens again. Regardless of input (none). Still does it if I enter "sevice mode" and CUT OFF Blue tube! 2200hrs on tubes.

Any ideas? My servicing guru could be a month away...
