daewoo9000 and vcd

having a problem playing an ultraman vcd bought for six bucks

the picture keeps rolling down like film that doesn't roll fast enough

so you can see the edges go by. don't know whether its the disc

or the player or the tv that i ran it through.

just wondering if anyone else had any problems with media other than

dvd on the daewoo player

even if it is a glitch in the player -it's still worth every penny imo.
